Gemini New Moon June 2026
It’s time to welcome the Gemini New Moon on 15th June with her callings to flourish in community, embody adaptability and use the power of your voice.
Gemini governs communication and relationships. A New Moon in Gemini is a sacred time for community - to socialise in ways that are truly bonding, to honestly and openly communicate how you feel with those around you and to work as a harmonic team with others,each bringing the magic of you to the table to manifest miracles.
The Gemini New Moon gifts you the energy and space to speak with ease, to bring your inner world into reality. New Moon’s are always a potent time for manifestation, for bringing ideas into the physical realm, and your voice is a key to doing just that at this time. Gemini is an air sign, the element that bridges the invisible and tangible realms and sets all into motion - harness that very energy in your actions at this time, be the bridge between idea and reality that sets it all in motion.
June’s Super New Moon is also a brilliant time for reset, an opportunity to clear our energetic pathways for miracles and, yes, the unknown to flood in, prepared to be fluid with all the changes and spontaneity that may bring. She is dark and giving us space at this time with low energetic interference, but she is at one of her closest to Earth, listening to how we use our voice and observing how fluidly we move through the waxing and waning of our own lives.
The Ritual
Gather:
Incense
A candle
Pen and paper
A vessel of drinkable water
Salt
Peppermint (optional)
Plants or crystals
Create a spiral with salt and peppermint.. The spiral is the shape of air, Gemini’s element, and represents expansion and ascension as well as our connectivity with all nature.
Place your vessel of water at the west of your alter and your candle at the south. Place some plants or crystals at the north to symbolise Earth.
Light your incense and draw an anticlockwise spiral over your alter from the centre outwards, with the intention of clearing the space, cleansing your bonds and clearing your pathway to ascension and expansion.
Place the incense to the east of your alter.
Place your hands in Hridaya mudra - pressing together the middle finger, ring finger and thumb, to balance and breathe into the heart. Air is also the element of the heart chakra, which of course speaks too to Gemini’s affinity with relationships and communication.
Close your eyes and breathe into your heart space, imagining your heart has nostrils!
Ponder on themes of community, empowerment, relationships, adaptability, the unknown and communication.
Consider what must be shed for you to reset and clear the pathways ahead toward your next step. Stare at the flame and visualise this all burning away and transforming.
Draw three circles anticlockwise over the flame with your hands to move this away from you.
Now write down your intentions and prayers relating to these themes.
Speak your prayers into the water, watching the vibration of your voice and breath move it subtly, then Stir the water three times clockwise to welcome these prayers into your life.
Drink the water, let these affirmations and intentions become a part of your cellular make up. Literally take them in and make them a part of you.
Trace an infinity symbol with your hands, which are the action organ of air. Picture yourself at the point in between the loops, between what u are right now leaving behind and letting go of and what you are calling in and stepping into. Envisage the motion of your sway sweeping away the old and ushering you into the new with momentum.
Stand up and embody this spiral motion more- let it lead your whole body into dance, draw spirals with your hands and arms, rotate the shoulders and spine, embody the swirling of air.
Sit down and return to breathing into the heartspace with hands in Hridaya mudra
Close with a small prayer of gratitude. And so it is!
