What we’re all about

Spirit of Creation is an expressive channel to your true nature - your creative spirit.

Our Ethos

When we nurture our creativity we nourish our spirit, and when we nourish our spirit we nurture our creativity

We believe that creativity and spiritual wellness are inherently linked, when we tend to one we naturally tend to the other, and this philosophy underpins all of Spirit of Creation’s work, which aims to tune your creative spirit.

So what do we mean by Spirit of Creation? And what is our creative spirit?

We believe that creativity is our truest nature and the crux of our divine oneness with all life. We are all enlivened by energy, and all energy is creative. We are all acts of creation itself, and so we are inherently creative. This is our creative spirit - our truest, most natural self. Returning to this authenticity of self and oneness within and with all is the bliss we experience in acts of creativity and spirituality alike, and this is the Spirit of Creation. The joy of the process, the spiritual fruits of the act of creation and the creative fruits of spiritual practice, the uplifting of the individual and the unity of all.

Our Mission

We not only believe that everybody is creative by nature, but that everybody deserves access to developing their passion, expressing the truth of their soul, and the abundant benefits of holistic and artistic practices.

Our Mission is to share the artistic and spiritual benefits of creative wellness practices to an ever growing number of creative spirits and communities through inclusive creative learning and spiritual wellness programmes that ensure equal access, sustained impact, and are fun whilst maintaining technical rigour.

Creativity and Spirit are not only intertwined, they are both enriched by the diversity of ideas, perspectives and experiences inclusion and community provide as well as enriching to individuals and communities. Sharing in acts of creation and honest expression are the golden threads that bond communities, are rituals of love and vessels for the amplified magic conjured by togetherness, and also help us confront, navigate and enjoy our interconnected lives.

So far Spirit of Creation have held workshops, classes & courses at resorts, retreats, schools, studios, venues and community locations for all ages and abilities across three continents and we are committed to spreading our creative joy even more!

Molly Sapphire

Learn more about our founder and Spirit of Creation’s story

Molly Sapphire is a published poet, dance & yoga teacher, and Ayurveda specialist of mixed heritage from North London.

Following her contemporary dance training and degree in Literature & Theatre, she specialised in inclusion and access in the dance education sector in London, where she continues to work for renowned dance schools and also made a name for herself performing poetry and hosting community events.

She then began creating and teaching her own workshops, classes and courses in poetry, dance, drama and yoga in London and across Central and South America, where she also trained with an array of shamans, healers, and plant medicine practitioners in various indigenous herbalism and ceremonious practices that largely came to inform her work.

Over time teaching her own arts and wellness programmes, developing her own creative and spiritual philosophy and enriching her own and enriching her own creative and spiritual practice, Spirit of Creation was naturally born, and has now also reached India.

Molly Sapphire qualified as a certified yoga teacher and Ayurveda specialist through yoga alliance certified training with the Yoga & Ayurveda Centre and has also undertaken theoretical study and practical training in Ayurveda at the revered Dr. Raju’s Clinic & Institute of Ayurveda in Hyderabad, India, under Dr.Padma Raju and Dr. Ramya Raju.

Molly’s artistic work across fields often ruminates on what she deems the “miracles of being” - the  connections between the physical and energetic life forces of the universe, unifying spirit and science to express the sacred divinity of this metaphysical harmony and share the wonders of the creative nature of which we are all a part. Essentially, her artistic work professes the Spirit of Creation philosophy.

Deeply inspired by nature, community, sacred geometry, and spiritual and movement practices, her work boasts illustriously sensual earthly and cosmic imagery whilst exploring themes of identity, philosophy, social and spiritual oneness, and states of consciousness. You can read her poetry in her own collection, Daydreaming & Stargazing, and across multiple anthologies.
