Begin by relaxing body. Close your eyes, and take a few deep breaths As you are doing so say to yourself I will meet my guide, and bring back knowledge and wisdom Relaxing, deeper, deeper Ignoring any noises . Relax, deeper, feeling total peace, knowing you are safe All negativity, conscious or subconscious leaving Relaxing more and more with every breath Mentally think of yourself at the top of a long flight of stairs One step at a time, start going down - As you go down, you are descending into a higher consciousness At the bottom walk off you find yourself in a hallway. You walk along, feeling safe and comfortable In front of you are three steps leading upto a door open the door Inside the room is round and white To one side, there are long tall windows: looking out to the right is the sea, to the left mountains and forest The sun is setting Close the door behind you. There is a cool breeze. Go down three steps into room - everything is white To the left of the room is a marble fireplace with a gentle fire blazing (This is a place where you can meet loved ones and guides) Feeling safe, going deeper, and more aware, surrounded by purity. In front of the fire, there are two chairs facing each other Sit in one of the chairs; sit upright with hands facing upwards Your guide walks in and sits in chair opposite if can't see them know they are there. Sense them. He /she has message for you. Now take your time, have conversation. Speak to them as if they are there and listen. Stay with him/ her as long as you feel. Don't be anxious or think consciously, just sit quietly and enjoy this opportunity to communicate. Feel their response. Ask for a special message. A name, a theme, a purpose as if you were talking to a close friend. And when ready, thank them for coming to speak with you leave your chair, and come out of room slowly. Gradually head back towards the stairs, and start the climb back to the top, back to awareness and your own surroundings, feeling rejuvenated, and wonderful in the knowledge that you are not alone. Knowing that you can re-visit at any time. And when ready open your eyes.
