Astral Voyage

Sitting comfortably, close your eyes, and take in a few deep breaths, relaxing more and more with each breath.

Now imagine yourself in a beautiful field. Sense your surroundings.

As you look off into the distance, you see a speck of white light. As you keep looking, it starts getting bigger.

Gradually it is getting closer and bigger and as it comes into view, you see it is a beautiful white horse. The horse strolls up to you, and you notice it has wings.

You greet the horse – feel free to take your time to get to know him and communicate with him.

When you feel ready, climb onto his back, getting used to the feeling and movement as he moves forward, picking up speed as he goes, feeling safe and protected. And as he gallops ahead, suddenly he takes to flight – up you go, higher and higher, and as you get higher, you notice that you have left the world behind, and that you are travelling through a beautiful red energy….Take notice of this energy, how does it feel…..how do you feel?

The horse keeps going upwards, and the energy turns to orange, once again, take notice of this energy, how does it feel, how do you feel….?

Taking as long as you want - continue, onwards and upwards flying through the yellow, then the green, then blue, then indigo, and violet and as you exit the violet ray, you find yourself surrounded in the purest of white light.

Continue to fly through this white light – exploring your surroundings, your feelings, your thoughts. Maybe a guide or loved one comes to meet you…. Enjoy the experience.

Take note of any thoughts or feelings you may have – remember, this time is for you and you alone….

And when you are ready, gradually start your decent back down through the astral planes, (if you so wish exploring any colour that you feel drawn to). Gently back down through the violet, indigo, blue, green, yellow, orange, red rays, down through the atmosphere, until finally below you, you see the field from where you started on your journey…gently coming back down to land.

Dismount, and thank your friend for taking you on this journey. Say goodbye, take your time to remember what experiences you may have had - and when you are ready, open your eyes, and once again become aware of your surroundings……

Whether you feel you have experienced anything or not – be safe in the knowledge that you will have gained healing. The different coloured rays will balance your energies, and hopefully over the next few days you will feel a positive shift in your well being.
